Exceptional
Stay was good, but the payment issue with receptionist totally put me off
Liked: Location was great. Parking facilities was great. Flat was nice, but a few issues need addressing.
Disliked: I did offer to pay by card or cash for the pet cleaning fee as agreed. When decided by card and gave my card to the receptionist. The young lady continued to write my details down. I stopped this as it is illegal to do this under PCI-DSS and does not comply with the golbel payment security standards. I offered then to pay by cash and requested a receipt and the young lady was trying to explain on which i said I did not have time. We can use a card reader. She lifted it up and showed me. I asked if they wanted the money/cash or not which the young lady refused. No one should be writing your card details down in case of fraud or stolen identity etc in line with those global standards. I got no receipt and she refused to take cash. Heating system could be better. It was difficult to regulate Fridge freezer door was broken, but still worked. Wifi was very poor and not secure and didn't work in all the rooms. No place or rack to hang any clothes. Tv reception was poor.

Disliked: Heating was on full whack like a sauna,dogs staying in the other apartment barking at 7am asked for mountain view got a view of a backyard with a fake rat drawn on the roof

Disliked: Not much tbh it was perfect

Liked: Spacious apartment, clean rooms
Disliked: Device to get into building was broken nearly entire stay; we had to walk down a steep hill in garage to enter building. Hot water didn’t work but got it fixed. Washer broke. Couldn’t get heat on even though very cold.
Probably the nicest apartment I’ve ever stayed in
Liked: It’s spacious, feels safe and it’s less than a 5 minute walk into the town
