Good
Great Location but Mediocre Hotel
Liked: The hotel is nicely located. The breakfast was very good and the bed was comfortable. The room was very cold. We were promised an extra heater but it never arrived. Asked for a light bulb to be changed - never happened. Very much overpriced!
Liked: Provided parking on site. Room was very quiet even with the live music.
Liked: Nice hotel clean convenient & close to everything!
Liked: Central location.
Liked: No frills but clean hotel with great location in center of town, close to national park.
Liked: The carpet was pulled up in the hallway- nothing was even mentioned to us upon checking in. Got to the room and it was not like it looked in the Expedia photos. Bathtub was dirty. Went to complain and there were no other rooms available and they couldn’t do anything to help us until the morning so we were stuck there. The room was stuffy, they did give is a fan. Please see photos.
