  Liked: Check in.

Disliked: Room very cold. Heating on arrival was reported as not working, and in the two days we were there it was not repaired.

Great hotel and loved the free upgrade

Liked: The location and staff and we got a free upgrade and the room was huge!

Disliked: The fact that other than a small bar of soap there were no toiletries.

  Really warm

Liked: The hotel was convenient to where I had to work while I was there.

Disliked: When I got back to the hotel at 2.30am the hall and room were really warm but because of the time I thought I was just cold. I woke up at 7 because the room was still unbearably warm, and didn't cool down much after opening the window
