  It met our needs, being centrally located

  Liked: Excellent location, in a quiet street. Very helpful staff, and a very attractive old building with courtyards, spotlessly clean rooms.

  Disliked: Room - no mirror in the bedroom. Only mirror was in the bathroom, at a height which was designed for tall people. One of us was unable to see anything below neckline until we got in the lift. Totally unsuitable also for children. No drawers provided. Breakfast: This is a four star hotel. The choice was adequate, but the quality was poor. The fruit salad was always tinned. The choice of cheese and ham looked as though they had come from the cheaper shelves of a supermarket. There was only one coffee machine, which was totally insufficient for the number of guests, and one sometimes had to wait for in a queue for up to 10 minutes.

  Liked: Tasteful renovation, very clean rooms, great location.

  Disliked: Breakfast choicea less extensive than otuer hotels of this standard. Requested twin room at booking. Room was made up as double. It took more than 24 hours to see this changed to twin room as booked.
