  Amazing area, friendly staff and lovely facilities

  Liked: The cleansiness of the place, lovely presented apartments, and nice touch with basket of fresh pastries on morning. The shower pressure was one of the best in Europe

  Perfect Bergamo Stay

  Liked: Loved everything about this property. This was our 3rd visit to Bergamo, having stayed in a hotel in the city centre and twice in this area. We much prefer this area and most especially the property.. We had a huge room, looking out on the street. Bed very comfy, cleaning staff very helpful and kind. The self catering facility is just perfect..Fridge stocked for breakfast every day and fresh rolls and croissants delivered every morning. Apartment very clean and cleaned each day. Arrived very late, after midnight..No problem whatsover in getting into property and our room with pin number supplied the day before. Reception manned every day and we found the staff there very helpful.We took the train to Lecco on Lake Como and all helpful details supplied.I would highly recommend to do this trip, Lecco is an amazing place.. Ideal location also if you are taking in an Atlanta match, within walking distance of the stadium. Also within walking distance of Citta Allta. We plan to be back next Spring and will most definitely be booking this property again.

  Disliked: A lot of noise in the street in the morning, it is like an alarm clock...It gets you up and ready to go. Lovely to hear the Italians, adds to the experience. Also noise at night when the bars close especially at weekends. A slight smell in the room when we arrived but once we opened the windows all was good. This is a very old neighbourhood and seemingly the sewarage can cause the odd problem within the buildings. It did not impact on our stay.

  Liked: I travel quite a lot, but it is rare to come across service as exceptional as this. And Stefano is the very definition of friendliness, helpfulness, and genuine care for his guests. We arrived earlier than expected, and our room was not yet ready. Stefano kindly took care of our luggage while we went out for a walk. When we returned in the evening, we found our bags neatly placed in our room. We had an early flight the next morning and had not asked the hotel for anything, yet we discovered that Stefano had thoughtfully prepared breakfast for us in the fridge, including biscuits, jam, and coffee. We are truly grateful for such kindness and thoughtfulness. Stefano made our stay special, and his outstanding hospitality deserves the highest praise. Thank you so much!

  Very relaxing and comfortable

  Liked: Breakfast was lovely, the location was ideal for getting around. Staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. Great hairdryer! Lovely soft, clean towels. Very useful to have the kitchenette area in the room.

  Disliked: The road outside was quite noisy due to the road surface but it wouldn’t put me off staying there again.
