Exceptional
Liked: The host was really friendly and even managed our check in after the confirmed hours. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good.
Disliked: The property is nice but not maintained properly. First - we came during the dark hours and there was no light in the apartment. The only working lights in the main room were the ones next to beds. There is no central ceiling light or a proper way to turn something on when you get in the room. We had to use our phone flashlights and leave the bathroom door open so we can have light. The host promised to bring working standing lamp the next day but that was not done. The bathroom door was unstable when opening and closing and there were parts of the bathroom which were not well maintained. There were also ants under the foot towel. In the common kitchen - there was no dish soap and some of the utensils were dirty (probably because of that).
Liked: Nice clean and room is top.
Disliked: Bed
Liked: Graet location, if you like to be close to the old city centre and marina. The check in worked well.
Disliked: The AC was working only in the bathroom. The room did not cool down during the night, meaning we did not get a good night’s sleep. The stairs to the room are pretty steep and narrow - glad we did not have a big suitcase to carry up!

Liked: Breakfast supplied in a little cafe 50m away - croissant and coffee:-) Wonderfully quiet Great location
Disliked: A couple of glasses for wine and a few cups for a coffee or tea would have been the icing on the cake:-)
Fabulous location with great facilities
Liked: Proximity to train station. Clean and comfortable. Having use of a washing machine, kettle and coffee maker.
Disliked: Noise echoed outside my room when other guests returned. Stairs were a challenge with my suitcase.
