Liked: Nice room, and close to center.
Disliked: Very disappointing experience. For days, we tried to contact both Booking.com and the property to extend our stay by a few nights in the same room and pay the additional amount, but nobody responded. We eventually made a separate reservation for three more nights and asked them to link the two reservations, but again, we received no response for days. As a result, we had problems with our belongings and check-in/check-out arrangements on the day itself, problems that could easily have been avoided if someone had simply responded and coordinated everything properly. On top of that, we were charged additional tourist taxes, even though the listing stated that all taxes were included in the price. These extra charges were not clearly disclosed before booking, which was disappointing and unexpected. Thankfully, the cleaning lady was the only person who actually tried to help us. She called and did her best to resolve the situation, and we are grateful to her for that. To be fair, the rooms themselves are nice and clean. However, the bathroom sink was clogged or faulty throughout our stay, making it very difficult to use every day. We reported the problem, but nobody took any action to fix it. The main issue was the complete lack of communication, transparency, and willingness to address problems. Booking.com's customer service has become extremely disappointing. I don't know what has changed, but the service no longer feels reliable, responsive, or professional. Overall, a very frustrating experience that could have been avoided with proper communication, timely assistance, and clear information about additional charges before booking.

Disliked: When i tried to contact the team for clean towels never got anywhere. The square of the area it's rough and provoking tourist.
Nice room in the city center, perfect for a short stay
Liked: Centrally located Clean Simple but functional Staff nice
Disliked: Check in and documents are to be done online which may be uneasy when traveling, in my case not super easy to contact the staff.

Liked: We had a very warm welcome by the owner, although we arrived around 11pm. The communication beforehand was also very good. The room was comfortable and clean with good beds. Location very convenient: close to train stations and restaurants.
Great stay in the center of town!
Liked: Amazing view of the marina. Apartment very close to the center of town. Lots of street parking! Free from 8:00pm to 9:00am. Johnnie was extremely helpful with information about the island. Very sweet! Building has an elevator. Great hot water in shower with awesome pressure!
