Liked: Comfy beds and really cute atmosphere. Good location

A nice place, but the owners don't pay attention to their customers
Liked: A very nice place right in the city center. Clean and fairly spacious
Disliked: Be warned: it's very difficult to communicate with the owners. I paid for a room that I never got… On top of that, they made me wait for several hours
Liked: Location was good and the room was good. Room was cleaned a couple of times also during our stay.

Liked: La ubicación es excelente, está al lado de todo. Los dueños atentos en cambiarnos las toallas y ponernos agua. El aire acondiciona va bien. No se escucha ruidos del exterior.
Disliked: Al no ser una habitación de exterior, hay un poco de humedad y se nota oara las personas alérgicas. Al estar en el centro hay un pequeño inconveniente, el parking es terrible.
Suffocating
Liked: It was pretty. And the guy in the bar was nice.
Disliked: Didn’t got prior information about the lack of windows in the building and our room. It was very tiny. I don’t even have claustrophobia but we had to leave outside few times as lack of windows with such a small room and poorly working ac was suffocating! There was nothing complimentary at all. I was shocked we only got one bottle of water for two people giving the fact that we are staying in the area quite often and other hotels provide guests with enough water. Must admit the style is nice but heads up for people with claustrophobia and definitely can choose something better in that price range in centro storico of Cagliari.
