Exceptional
Enjoyed the city ofCalgliari from good location
Liked: Central location Easy access Good sanitary Nicebalcony
Disliked: No normal glasses and cutlery avaiable
Liked: Good location, clean apartment, helpful owner
Aesthetically pleasing stay
Liked: A very pleasant room inside (not outside), very clean, only a few steps from downtown Cagliari, in a rather quiet neighborhood. It had a good size, but needs to be said that it was meant to be for three persons (instead of two that we were). Great bathroom, equipped even with a first aid kit. If needed, you may have a parking space in a different building, at about 200 m, on pay. It is not a great parking (old, dark, narrow), so it is far better if you can avoid it, finding a parking slot in the neighborhood (where you do not pay on Sundays and on weekdays between 13.00 to 16.00 and between 20.00 to 8.00). The aircon is well placed and not noisy, and the wifi without problems. It is better to avoid self-check-in, as there are several things that you need to know to get in the apartment or the parking area. The owners responded adequately to our requests.
Disliked: In summer, there is the problem of what to do with the sand you carry from the beaches. Whatever you do, inevitably, there will be some, but there is nothing to help you remove it from the floor. The hanger on the balcony is too small, particularly for the summer needs.
Liked: Perfect location Great hosts, quick contact Big room, comfortable bed Private parking possible or paid parking in the street possible
Disliked: Thin walls, we could hear the TV of the neigbours
Liked: Location is perfect, in the city center and near to everything around. The room was big. The shower was great. The owners really nice people
Disliked: The organisation of the bathroom and wardrobe. And the bed was too soft for how we are used to.
Liked: We had such a lovely stay at this cozy apartment! The space was warm, comfortable, and had everything we needed and the balcony was the perfect spot to relax after a day out. The location couldn’t have been better: close to everything, yet quiet enough to truly unwind. But the absolute highlight of our stay was meeting Manuela and Massimiliano. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful always available if we needed anything, and full of great local tips. Their warmth made us feel truly at home, and we’re so grateful for their hospitality. Highly recommended, we would absolutely stay here again!
