Amazing location and accommodations. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again
Liked: Basically everything. We stayed in the Lion Tower and it was amazing. The concierge staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

A must stay in Cagliari
Liked: First the staff. Absolutely the most kind and caring support for their guests. We had planned to stay at this hotel for 3 days but a cycling accident interrupted our trip and resulted in emergent surgery for my husband. Our time in Cagliari was reduced to one night before our flight as surgery was done an hour away in Oristano. My husband was still in much pain, and on crutches but the staff was 100% supportive, kind, and did everything possible to help make our short stay worthwhile. The only disappointment was the restaurant being closed that night as going out to eat was not possible. We hope to return to Sardinia to complete our exploration of the island another time and this will be our first stop. A heartfelt thank you to all of the staff. It was nurturing at a time desperately needed. The history of the hotel is so well preserved yet updated. It is a lovely hotel. Our room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The old elevator is charming.
Disliked: That we didn't get to spend more time in good health to fully experience all this beautiful hotel has to offer.
Liked: Hotel is beautiful and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was really lovely too.
