Good
Liked: Maryna was very friendly and very understanding! Thanks! Our flight was cancelled and she helped us with the room, so we could rest. Thanks ☺️
Disliked: Unfortunately, as soon as we entered the room, we discovered a serious safety issue: the door handle is loose and comes off completely, making it impossible to securely lock the door. This is extremely dangerous and completely unacceptable, as it puts guests at serious risk. Because of this, we left immediately without staying even one night, as we did not feel safe at all. This experience was incredibly disappointing and far below the standards expected from a property listed on Booking.com.
Never come back
Liked: Dirty, broken furniture and doesn’t feeling safety
Disliked: Very bad experience
Below adequate expectations from description that had been advertised of property
Liked: Proximity to airport
Disliked: Headboard coating badly peeled. Curtains hanging off rail. Coffee machine not emptied. Only 1 coffee cup. Ashtray on balcony completely full of cigarette butts.
Room for improvement, but they helped us out when they could
Liked: It was close to the airport and less expensive than most
Disliked: The first time the bed was on an angle, the second time the kettle was burnt out. It would help if they provided bus timetables to help get into Cagliari old town, about a twenty minutes trip on bus number 1. Also there was a lovely cafe below in the complex with friendly staff and you could buy your bus ticket there. This information would be useful to new travelers
We found another place for the night since standard were too low
Liked: Nothing
Disliked: It was very dirty, a lot of dust and the linens were washed but not clean with spots. The bedspread was even dirty. You could see the pillow had an halo of dirt that you could see trough the pillowcase. The bed headboard was full of dust as well as the pavement. The fridge was disconnected at our arrival. Check in details were sent in delay. The building is totally inhabited and you can feel unsafe. Not a good solution for family with young child. We decided to leave and we communicate it to the owner. He/she didn’t even bother to say sorry.
