Exceptional
Liked: We had a very nice stay and this was already our second time here. The location was great, the accommodation was clean and comfortable, and the host was kind and professional. The room was cleaned every day, which was a great plus. Everything was as described. We would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again.
Poor service
Liked: It’s very central. Nice building.
Disliked: Mold in the bathroom. The operator told us it’s dust and need to be cleaned but it looked like mold, smelled like mold and after cleaning it was still there because it’s mold. The operator didn’t help us at all and didn’t try to find a solution.
There is a lady called Gabriella. I don’t know if she’s a staff or the owner of the hotel. She’s very rude and she likes
Great facility. Comfortable bed and AC were quite helpful after beach and touristic nights
Liked: Facility was great, bed was very comfortable.
Liked: We had a very pleasant stay at this accommodation in Cagliari. The place was clean and well-maintained, with daily cleaning that really made a difference. The location is convenient — everything we needed was nearby, including a pharmacy, supermarket, and public transport. It’s also well connected to the rest of the city, which made getting around easy. The apartment was quiet, so we were able to rest well. One small suggestion would be to add a clothesline or drying rack on the balcony for drying swimsuits — it would be a practical addition. Communication with the host was clear and efficient, though a slightly warmer and more personal approach would have been appreciated. Still, everything went smoothly and we felt well taken care of. Overall, we were very satisfied and would definitely recommend this place.
A unique place, worth visiting. The apartment met my expectations
