Very good
Liked: Was not informed that it was on 2nd floor when we asked for ground floor.
Disliked: was not given instructions how to go in, spent 20 mins waiting for someone to open, when I managed to get hold of property owner he sent me the codes.
Liked: It would be fine, high ceilings, an atmospheric view from the balcony.
Disliked: Chicky rentier, been trying to get more money for tax then normal rates, i been one day, been trying to obtain money for two days..
Good place to stay and visit Catania
Liked: Very close from city centre and public transport. lively street. so many good places from walking distance.

Disliked: The location is excellent and definitely one of the biggest advantages of this place. Unfortunately, the room was somewhat different from what we saw in the photos, which was a little disappointing. Communication with the owner was also quite difficult. We had to move to another room after the first night because we were not given clear information about which room was supposed to be ours. We also weren’t informed that there was a shared kitchen available. As we were travelling with a small child, we needed basic facilities such as a kettle to prepare food, and we ended up having to go to a restaurant just to get hot water. Overall, it’s an okay option for a one-night stay, especially because of the great location, but we wouldn’t recommend it for a longer stay.
Liked: Great location, clean apartment, great host, we could check out early and leave our stuff after the check out.
Disliked: The toilet is not in the room but it is private so it’s okay
