Very good
Liked: The staff is exceptionally friendly and supportive. With quite a extra requests, the reception team really made magic possible.
Disliked: The rooms could get some cleaning upgrades, dusty corners in rooms are not so nice.
Not worth the price
Liked: Its spacious. Nice view.
Disliked: The hotel is very old, all facilities are ancient and the rooms are not clean. The location is weird, not close to Catania but is 20-30 min walk to nearby towns.
The hotel was adequate but lacked what Sheraton in the USA standards
Liked: The hotel had a beautiful pool and a good breakfast.
Disliked: The hotel was 30 minutes by bus outside of town. We stayed at this hotel with the expectation of using the beach but were told they recently stopped this feature. Our room had a tub that was hard to get in and out of.

Disappointing
Liked: The breakfast was ok
Disliked: This is not a four star luxury hotel. The amenities are barely accessible, the room/bathroom quite run down, and with hardly any information about timings which for the pool, spa (carries a surcharge for 30 mins use!) was very odd. Staff are not contactable, and this was particularly frustrating after a long day of travel, none of the restaurants appeared to be open except the bar, no in room dining despite it being offered. Given the location, there is nowhere else to get any food. The hotel is weirdly lit, it is dark along all the corridors and the room is much the same, with a nice terrace which is disrupted with massive dining table size dome lights. Very odd. I would go on, but as I wouldn't stay here again, certainly not for a luxury experience you better off cancelling and finding another place in Catania.
