  Liked: The luggage storage after check-out was very convenient, and we appreciated having this option.

  Disliked: We stayed in Room 2 and unfortunately were disappointed with several aspects of our stay. Room and ventilation: The window faces the staircase inside the building, so there is no access to fresh air from outside. People were smoking on the staircase, and the smoke smell entered our room. We had to keep the room door wide open most of the time just to get some air inside. The room was extremely hot and stuffy, especially when it was raining outside, almost like a sauna. Cleanliness: The lounge area looks beautiful, but there was a large pile of rubbish behind the sofa, which caused a very strong and unpleasant smell. Breakfast: We specifically chose this accommodation because breakfast was included, as we wanted to be able to eat without having to leave the property. On our first morning, we took some yogurts and only discovered after eating them that they had expired three days earlier. We checked the other yogurts in the fridge and found that they were also expired. After this experience, we decided not to have breakfast there again, as we could no longer be confident about the freshness of the food.

  With a lit bit of maintenance can be better

  Liked: Easy to find and access.

  Disliked: There was mould on the wall and inside the shower, plus I hurt myself with the corner of the shower as it was really sharp.

  Great value for the price

  Liked: The room was small but had everything we needed and was a short taxi ride to the Piazza Del Duomo which has all the restaurants, fish market and touristic attractions. There is also a beach close by which is a plus.

  Disliked: Staff was difficult to reach and not often on premises. Towel changes are not done every day. Only when they decide that it is necessary.
