Fabulous
Disliked: I did not receive an e-mail, not did I confirm that I wanted to pay for the child's crib. No one from the staff mentioned it to me, and then on my way out they told me that I had to pay 15e. Even though I told them and it was found that I did not confirm, they wanted me to pay.
Liked: The lady at the reception was very welcoming. The way she answered the messages, made us feel welcome before arriving to the hotel. We loved her suggestion - Abadia and we had a great time in Cefalu!
Disliked: Breakfast could have more and better options - scrambled eggs, different teas (black tea), vegetal milk. We loved the cats!
Very nice spot away from the crowded and busy town area
Liked: -- The room was updated and modern but a little cramped for the king bed. -- The balcony/deck was spacious with nice patio furniture. -- The restaurant next to the facility was handy and good. -- The breakfast was typical European so good enough.
Disliked: -- No apparent way to turn off the very bright A/C display for the night. (Could have asked at the desk but once you're in bed, well...) -- Electrical outlets next to the bed and an extra outlet on the desk would have been very nice. -- Wasn't a fan of the translucent glass between the bathroom and bed area. -- The nearby parking area is not paved.
It’s a nice hotel if you want free parking, new hotel
Liked: It’s new and comfortable room size & mattress. Free parking & ok breakfast
Disliked: A bit far to the city center & beach side. Housekeeping doesn’t consistently provide all the bathroom amenities each day. Sometimes they only leave shampoo and forget the body wash or hair conditioner. I have to go to the front desk myself to get them, which is very inconvenient.
Lovely stay
Liked: Clean modern, close to the center
Good location, nice room and super helpful staff
Liked: The room is very clean, the FO staff is amazing (she can write upside down when showing us the nearest attractions, very impressive).
Disliked: It close to the old town (like 20mins walk) but it’s very challenging to go back to the hotel (due to the hilly road) especially when you have been enjoying lot of wines.
