Liked: Nice location, clean room.
Liked: Location was great. Staff gave helpful information about restaurants, etc. Environment was quiet, breakfast good, would definitely return. Lobby was comfortable as I waited an hour + for my train departure time.
Liked: The staff is great! The ladies are super welcoming - i felt safe being solo and having them there.
Disliked: There is a gym right at the bottom, if your room is directly on top of them the place shakes for about 4 hours of the day. It’s scary!!! You can’t sleep at all during that time.
Great place to stay when in Cefalu - the staff are very welcoming
Liked: Wonderful staff, great breakfast and a great location. Very close to train station and a very short walk to seafront.
Disliked: Heavy noises from the gym beside the hotel could be heard in the room
Ideal hotel if using the train
Liked: Hotel was located across the road from railway station. 8 minute walk to old town. A really comfy bed, safe, hairdryer and tv in room. A small satisfactory cold buffet breakfast supplied ( tasty croissants). Friendly staff.
Disliked: The room was dark and had no view except of neighbouring flats and a window yard. Shower cubicle was tiny the doors did not give you much space to get in or out. Annoying sachets of bath gel. The coffee supplied at breakfast was awful instant made up in a thermal jug, you could ask for a cappuccino. We asked one morning for an americano which we were given from the kitchen which was very nice but not every waitress will do this for you. I think hotel could supply at least one cup of decent coffee at breakfast. Buffet did not seem to get replenished so get down early. Lastly hotel decor dated and tired. After all this I think I would stay again but maybe a different room.
