Exceptional
Lovely modern apartment in great location
Liked: Fabulous location 50 mtrs from beach. Restaurants all around and a nice supermarket just round the corner. 15 minutes to historic centre.
Disliked: The parking was the only issue. The on site parking was full so had to use paid parking down the road, 25 euros per day.
Solid option in Cefalù
Liked: Nice apartment in a convenient location. It is spacious and spotlessly clean. It comes with all the necessary things. The beds are pretty hard, but we slept very well in it. It is right on the promenade, so expect some noise if you like to sleep with open windows. The parking is included, but you need to be a bit tough to get there. All in all a solid option - we would stay here again!
Disliked: The owner seamed to be in a rush or nervous when she greeted us and during communication. She made us feel that we should have a very exactly timed schedule to be able to tell on the minute when we arrive or when we leave...
Liked: With two bathrooms and washing machine exeptional
Disliked: The 3 levels, no elevator was not mentioned! Not for guests with heavy bags, not for olderly.....
Liked: Great location.
Excellent!
Liked: Clean, cosy apartment, Close to beach, everything required was inside. Heater was a great option for winter stay. Old town is 15 minutes by feet. Very slow internet, but this is good for online detox:) Great!

No hot water
Liked: Fabulous location, nice modern unit., liked it a lot.
Disliked: Day one,no water. Agent told us the whole city was out. Next door neighbour had water though. Agent told us next door had a private water supply. Second day, water was on but no hot water. Agent said that can happen after water has been off and she would come round after 11. My wife wanted a shower, Agent agreed to refund our whole stay so we left. Have not received a refund. Parking is very iffy only 5 spots available. We parked in what we thought was a spot only to be told to move it later. Luckily someone was leaving. To access this unit you must drive the wrong way down a one way street. Agent was late to meet us. Overall a very poor experience.
