Very good
Liked: Spacious, clean and good view of the mountain.
Disliked: Good map says it’s a few minutes from the train station, but you need to walk uphill and it’s in the opposite direction from the old town. So good place if you drive, but less ideal if you travel by train and come with luggage. The room was renovated and they may have renovated it cheap - the facilities are not functioning perfectly
Liked: Modern and stylishly furnished property, just a few minutes away from the historic center. The check-in process was simple, and there is public parking right next to the building. Highly recommended!
Good value for a place to stay a night
Liked: Proximity to the town and great view from the corner of the balcony
Disliked: Room was just ok. Bed not super comfortable and linens were past their working life

Liked: Away from downtown hustle and bustle, close to the train station, close to the beach, beautiful view of La Rocca, excellent breakfast buffet. Maria is a gem! Manuela equally so! Small problem w internet but easy to get around.
Disliked: Slight smell in the bathroom drains after a heavy rain.
Disappointing and uncomfortable
Liked: The location for the price is good. Parking was also easy.
Disliked: As others have mentioned there are plumbing issues in this entire building that makes the rooms smell of sewer chemical. The property tries to cover up the smell with air freshener and the combined smell was so unpleasant that we didn’t feel comfortable lounging in the room. We had a balcony of ample size with only one plastic chair that was broken but staff had unsuccessfully tried to “fix” the chair using a zip tie. Also, the cappuccino machine was broken the two mornings we were there. The property needs to invest in basic equipment to provide core services. They tend to have an abundance of policies (e.g. fines regarding toilets, charges for more than two breakfast drinks) but don’t tend to hold up there end of the arrangement.
