Exceptional
The apartment is very large, spacious, and bright
Disliked: There was no electric kettle to boil water for tea
Fantastic apartment in fantastic location
Liked: Lovely spacious and light apartment, finished to a high standard, in excellent condition, spotlessly clean. No personal effects of the owner so feels more like you are staying in hotel accommodation but with lots more room. Superb location just off the main square in Frascati. 5 min walk to train station and 30 min train in to Rome Termini for a couple of euros. Great place to stay if you want to visit Rome whilst having a more peaceful retreat to stay.
Disliked: I presume we are one of the first guests there and is therefore very newly finished. It lacks a couple of basic facilities that you might take for granted - an iron and ironing board (important for business travellers in particular) and a kettle (saucepan on hob to make a hot drink)! Both very simple and hopefully easily addressed for future visitors.
