  Liked: This is a basement flat with no windows. It was very clean comfortable and well appointed. There is air conditioning in the bedroom only. The host was friendly and helpful. It is only 5 minutes walk to the town and 10mins to the train station for Rome. The streets of Frascati are cobbles and it is quite hilly so maybe not suitable for people with mobility issues. Taxis will not come to the flat for pickup you have to go to the centre of town but will drop off.

  Disliked: No windows and courtyard was very functional so not particularly nice to sit in.

  Great location, but far too noisy and poorly ventilated with an unpleasant smell

  Liked: The location is excellent: right in the city center and close to everything, which was very convenient for my work trip.

  Disliked: The apartment is in a sub-basement (not ground level) and it is extremely noisy, you can hear the cars as if they are driving over your head. The place is also poorly ventilated and had a bad smell, which made the stay uncomfortable. I had to leave and check out before spending even the second night.
