  Lovely weather for our short stay and an enjoyable stay

  Liked: Nice room, comfortable and clean. Lovely pool and spa facility and hotel in great location on lake with a quick walk into town with lots of bars and restaurants and the ferry stop.

  Disliked: For a four star hotel the internet was not very good and I used up a lot of my roaming data.

  A brilliant hotel and holiday - perfect for our family

  Liked: What a beautiful stay at this hotel. It was our first holiday abroad with our 1.5 year old and we had a great time. The staff were very kind, breakfast good and lots of choice and we loved the pool. It was always spotless and Bardolino was a great location for us. There was a Spar and bus station within a 5/10 minute walk and the restaurants and boat docks were all near too. We used the gym, pool and wellness suite and beds were very comfy. I would return - thank you!:)

  Disliked: The decor/interior was a little dated in the rooms and upstairs corridors. The rooms did have everything we needed so it was ok and we were very comfortable. The rooms were cleaned very well.

  Liked: Great location and beautiful hotel. Make sure you use the wellness facilities. I didn't get a chance but they were wonderful.

  Disliked: Breakfast is amazing. Dinner menu only had a few options but there are many excellent restuarants close by.

  Wonderful stay, loved the environment. Breakfast was good and we chose to eat dinner at other restaurants. Overall - exc

  Liked: Rooms were very nice, updated, quiet and accommodating staff

  Disliked: The meals were average compared to stays in other 4 star properties. However the staff handled crowds and busy times with great professionalism. They were outstanding.
