  Great location. Poor design

  Liked: The location of the hotel is excellent. Far enough away from the busy town centre but close enough for a convenient walk to shops and restaurants. The rooms were very clean. We had a lake view with balcony which was lovely to sit and enjoy.

  Disliked: There was absolutely no sound proofing from the room above us. We could literally hear a tap running and the water flowing above our heads (often very early in the morning which kept waking us). Every flush of the toilet upstairs sounded like there was a waterfall in our bedroom! You could hear every footstep above. There is no privacy between the bedroom and the bathroom area added to which....the privacy screen (partly misted glass screen) for the toilet itself does not offer sufficient privacy at all as there are gaps around it which leaves a rather embarrassing situation for the person on the toilet. There was no wardrobe in the room, just some ridiculous rail and a few coat hangers provided. The bathroom sink is at knee level with a tall pot for a sink. This hotel is all about trendy features and how it looks in a brochure. It just doesnt function properly at all and is very expensive for what you get.

  Chic little home away from home on Lake Garda

  Liked: Breakfast was nice - with a good selection. Guests are encouraged to sit around a large central table. The location was great - right next to the lake and a short walk to the center of Bardolino. You'll be glad to walk a bit after a fulfilling dinner in town!

  Disliked: Really hard-pressed to have any criticism. They try to think of everything.
