Exceptional
Liked: The house was cleaned, well located 10 min away to the centre. It is perfect house for any time of the year visiting Gubbio. I booked it early October, weather was really good, we used the terrace, with beautiful views. Definitely if my family wants to come back i will book same apartment, as we stayed really comfortable. Stefania the owner was lovely from the day we arrived to handle the keys, until the day we checked out. Quick response for any enquiry we had.

I recommend this apartment as an excellent place to visit the wonderful Gubbio and Umbria
Liked: Access to the apartment very easy. Convenient parking could be found without any trouble in front of the house on the street. A few steps from the historic center, there is also a shopping center nearby. The terrace offers a beautiful view of the old town. Very friendly and helpful owner.
Disliked: The equipment of the apartment is very good. Alternatively, I can suggest enriching the equipment with an electric pot for boiling water.
