  Good place to stay in Gubbio, I recommend it

  Liked: Very good location and friendly staff. Small room, but quiet and the window overlooked a little stream, which was a welcome addition. Late afternoon I could not find free parking, but there's a paid parking area across from the hotel.

  Disliked: Wouldn't have minded a slightly bigger room.

  Not recommended

  Liked: The property has good locations with all main attractions nearby. River below the windows looks charming if you manage to open the window

  Disliked: 1. Room is tiny and not very well thought through. The safebox is tiny and not fixed, only 1 little trash bin and many other small things like that. 2. Room is dark, shades are fixed and it is very hard to open the window. 3. No hot water. Literally. No matter how long you let it flow, it’s still lukewarm. 4. Check out is at 10 am. When we asked for a late check out to have some more time for a breakfast in the town, they suggested to pay 20 eur extra for a checkout at 12. As if there was a queue of other guests waiting…

  Very comfortable stay, kind staff!

  Liked: We didn't have the breakfast. We were in walking distance to many other options, but during our stay we walked to the dog park by the amphitheater and had a light breakfast there each day.

  Disliked: We were really happy with our stay and really have no complaints.
