Liked: The location was amazing. We were so glad we never booked to stay in Naples as it was so refreshing to come back to a nice, quiet town after a long day sightseeing. Train stations are within a short walk and you could walk all the way to Herculaneum. Portici is a good base for seeing the area and Amalfi coast. Wish we could stay longer. Loved coming back to the room beautifuly cleaned by Mrs Tina while we were away. Fabio was very helpful as well and always easy to reach and happy to answer all the questions.
Disliked: Bunk bed is a bit squeaky other than that liked everything.
Liked: Close to the local train line, a communicative and quiet place.

Not what we thought we had booked after reading info on booking.com
Disliked: Our flight was delayed so we arrived late. Had a lot of trouble finding the place as it was up a narrow lane with no signage. Were finally met on street by Fabio who had no English so we didnt know who he was. Also we had booked room with extra bed which wasnt there so me and my friend had to use same bed after a tiring journey for our first night. When extra bed arrived next day was more like a cot than a bed. breakfast was coffee and croissant at a cafe 5 mins walk away. All in all a rather disappoiunting experience.
Very nice and well placed B&B in Portici, Naples
Liked: The Family Room is located in an excellent position in Portici, in the center of the Gulf of Naples. We stayed in room 3: renovated, clean, quiet and fresh. The B&B also has an equipped kitchen available to guests, a small outdoor relaxation area and even a parking space, a real rarity in Portici. The breakfast with fresh croissants and doughnuts in the bar in via Libertà, included in the price, is excellent. Fabio is a very nice hotelier, very attentive and present. Overall we had a great time at the Family Room and we definitely recommend it.
