Very good
Clean, excellent service
Liked: It’s an older hostel, but comfortable, very clean, fantastic customer service, and great wash and dry laundry service.
Very good hostel with all you need in a town between Naples and Vesuvio
Liked: Excellent Hotel if you want to live a little bit outside of Naples - very calm and peaceful atmosphere in the town. There is a supermarket and pizzerias nearby. A/C is pretty good in the room, spacious lockers near bedside.
Comfortable and good location!
Liked: The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Good location. About 20 minutes walk from Portici train station and 15 minutes walk from Porto del Granatello. It’s a spacious and well maintained hostel. The bar and hang out rooms seem newly renovated and are very modern. The dorms and beds are older, but still comfortable. Having air conditioning in the dorms was fantastic, given it was summer and a minimum of 30 degrees every day. They washed and dried all my laundry for only €8 too. Fantastic!
Disliked: The beds in the dorms could probably do with an upgrade, but they were still comfortable.
Great atmosphere and staff
Liked: Very welcoming and helpful; nice atmosphere, great kitchen/laundry facilities and loads of common areas. Billards and foosball a big plus. Excellent location near different neighbourhoods to explore and easy access to Vesuvius/Herculaneum. Felt very safe for a family with a kid (private room).
Disliked: The billard table and main seating area was off-limits too early to really enjoy it for the evening after a meal (room closed off around 8:30 or 9pm). So not much to do after dinner indoors if you want to hang around with family/friends or get some work done at the tables. Perhaps understandable for security reasons, though.
Liked: The facilities were nicer than I expected. Large common area next to the reception. Friendly receptionist, Lulu. We even had one lunch together. The location is closed to a nice attraction - the palace and university. The rates were great, too. I stayed 3 nights.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: The building was cool the staff and the location was great?
Disliked: I booked a double room with a private bathroom The bathroom wasn’t maintained well the shower’s tiles were looking old and dirty, the shower door was broken, the shelves and holders also looking dirty/old, the piece didn’t match the quality
