Very good
Liked: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Portici! The hotel also hosts weddings and other special events, but despite this, it was never overcrowded. There are two swimming pools, the whole place was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Although some areas are a little dated, this didn't affect our stay at all. What really made this place special was the absolutely wonderful family who run it. They were so welcoming and made us feel at home. The location is also excellent, within easy walking distance of the train station and Portici's main street, with shops and restaurants nearby. A lovely place with a warm, family atmosphere. We would happily stay here again! ❤️

Beautiful hotel in Portici. Great cost/quality rapport
Liked: The hotel structure offers much open space, an internal courtyard with swimming pool. Beautiful rooms with high ceilings and AC. Scrambled eggs prepared for breakfast upon request at no additional cost. Plus a very good kitchen and evening dining in the hotel ball room. Staff is friendly and offer good assistance organizing transport and info about the area. The location is convenient, near the highway exit. Some modernization can be done. But what makes this hotel a 10/10 is all of the services offered and the quality of the structure, for such a fair price.
Disliked: cannot mention anything that I could honestly complain about for the price paid, especially when comparing to the other options in the area. It would be good if they add a workout area/ gym in the future.
Liked: Good sized rooms and pool with a friendly black duck keeping it clean 👌 lovely friendly helpful staff and good breakfast too 😊

Liked: Family owned property that made you feel so welcome. This was our second time staying here and the food, Service, and staff, are exceptional.
Liked: Very friendly staff & lovely having the welcome drinks when arriving. Relaxing hotel.
Disliked: Nice Italian breakfast but could do with some more choices. Also no-where to have dinner in hotel.
