Liked: The panorama is beautiful in both directions!
Disliked: The on-site manager of the accommodation is an elderly lady who is not the owner and does not speak any foreign languages. Communication was therefore somewhat challenging. Access to the apartment is available via a code. However, we noticed that the lady entered the apartment several times during our absence, which we found a bit unusual. Upon arrival, we found only half a roll of toilet paper with no additional supply, but we chose not to raise the issue due to the language barrier. We rented two small scooters, and the lady charged 10 euros per scooter for overnight parking, even though they were not parked in designated spaces in order to avoid disturbing other guests. As an experienced traveler, I would recommend this accommodation primarily as a practical option rather than for comfort.
Beautiful location and spacious apartment with some shortcomings
Liked: Great location in Ercolano a short distance from the Herculaneum site. The spacious apartment is located on the roof terrace of one of the grand residences built along the "golden mile" and has amazing views of the bay of Naples and Vesuvius. Well equipped kitchen.
Disliked: Heating and hot water controlled by a single switch- no hot water the morning of our departure which was unpleasant. Woken nearly every morning by someone buzzing our door and one morning someone tried to enter the apartment which was only prevented by a deadlock on the inside. Bed very uncomfortable. No chairs for the huge roof terrace. No internet. This place has a lot of potential- sort out the heating/hot water controls-new mattress-provide internet- a sofa in the living room-some patio furniture and a welcome pack to explain access-recycling-local transport-shops etc.

Liked: No nonsense, simple, clean apartment. Extremely helpful and friendly owner, even after we missed our flight and she had to accomodate late times
Disliked: Cleaning charge seem a bit excessive

Disliked: Fridge door wasn’t shutting properly however was sorted the next day, very quick to sort and good communication around this.
