Very good
Don’t book this property it’s misleading and the owner is not helpful
Liked: DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY they are misleading people saying that they provide parking as one of their facilities but they do not have parking it is on the street and they also offer a random church car park. When I booked I didn’t realise this as it was not clear and booking.com customer service agreed with me that to have parking as your one of your amenities but then it’s on the street public parking booking.com did not consider this to be a parking amenity. When I realised they had no on site private parking I had to cancel our booking and I requested a refund for our stay the owner because their rental amenities were misleading the owner declined to refund me via all avenues. Very disappointing and very unfortunate. I lost €148 euro on this booking and the owner was nothing but unhelpful and unprofessional, I’ve never ever had this experience before. If your booking this apartment because it says it provides parking be warned it does not and they won’t give you your money back even if booking.com tells them too and even if your entitled to a refund they won’t give it to you.
Disliked: The fact that they said they had parking and they didn’t

Exceptional
Liked: Great Stay at Rosina Apartment!” Rosina Apartment was the perfect base for our trip! The location is excellent – close to many attractions and with plenty of bars, restaurants, and activities in the area. It’s not too quiet, which we loved – the neighborhood has a lively, welcoming atmosphere. We also appreciated the free parking right in front of the church, which made things very easy. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the host was incredibly kind and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!
