Exceptional
Liked: Excellent location, close to shops and restaurants. Rooms were comfy, spacious and clean. Breakfast was cooked by our liking, fresh and tasty. Host was very nice and beyond helpful.

Liked: Friendly and welcoming hosts who provided information about the island and some recommended spots on our arrival. Delicious breakfast and brunch. Clean and spacious room with everything we needed. Close to town and port, easy area to navigate from.

Liked: Catrin was so kind and friendly. She helped us make reservations at beach clubs and provided us with several great recommendations. The brunch was very delicious and filling, and a great way to start a slow day.

Liked: 10/10. The stay was about 12 minutes walk to the historical center which was great because it allowed us to get our steps in during our travel before and after a meal. It was also conveniently located near the train station which allowed us to travel to places like polignano mare and bari - if we were in the historic center it would have been a 25+ min walk to the station. Overall the place was brand new, super spacious, and the host was super kind and friendly. Our host, Alessandra, was kind enough to pick us up from the bus stop after a long 10 hour flight + 4 hour bus from naples. Alessandra always communicated in a timely manner and took us on a short tour of the city center.
Disliked: Extra few sets of towels for comfort, however we had a washing machine that allowed us to wash our towels and clothes frequently which was very nice.

Liked: We had a wonderful stay at B&B Marcantonio. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and gave us excellent recommendations on places to visit, restaurants and how to make the most of our time on Ischia. Their local knowledge really made a difference. Our room was spacious, clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was much appreciated during the hot weather. Despite the convenient location, the property was very quiet, making it easy to relax and sleep well. We also appreciated being able to use the kitchen for a coffee and the ice machine when it wasn’t busy. The terrace was a lovely place to spend warm evenings, with beautiful views towards the Aragonese Castle. The location is ideal—within walking distance of the beach, supermarkets, restaurants and cafés, with excellent public transport links to Ischia Porto and the rest of the island. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ischia.
