Fabulous
Incredible, relaxing and special
Liked: Amazing service, the private beach was so quiet and peaceful. The hotel location was amazing and the staff were incredibly attentive. The hotel spa and hot pools were beautiful. Breakfast was incredible and had such a range of healthy options

Overall a pleasant stay but this was not the 5 star experience we were expecting

Disliked: Expected far more from a 5 star property. Lack of attention to detail and staff in the restaurant in particular let the hotel down badly. Disorganised, lack of acknowledgment or greeting and waiter forgetting orders

Disliked: Contrary to the listing and their own website there is no pool of any kind on site, only access via a buggy ride to a nearby pool/spa shared with 2 other properties. Quite dirty and next to a huge building site. Also no real bathing area for the sea,just a slab of concrete with sea thrashing against it. A hotel only good for looking at the water not being in the water.
