Exceptional
Super clean rooms, great location & great host
Liked: Firstly, thanks Matilda for being the perfect host. She followed up with us on our arrival - and communicated daily in case we needed ay support. The room itself was super clean and the location is super close to the station - which was important as we wanted to visit the 5 Terre towns via train. There was ample parking in case we want to park during the day till 7 - but gets super busy in the evening (We used the parking garage @ Darmi for 2 days - about 6 mins walk - and super economical). Overall highly recommend this place for everyone visiting.
Disliked: If anything- being super close to the train meant that it can get a bit noisy. The morning bells and the trains did not wake us up - but if you are a light sleep person - it can be something to consider.
Definitely recommend staying here
Liked: Matilda was so kind and provided us with a lot of recommendations. We were only there for two nights so we could not get everything in. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, and even had snacks and water for us. One of the better places we stayed at in Italy. Close to the train station to easily get to Cinque Terre.
Liked: Matilda was an amazing host. Always available to help. Room was cleaned on a daily basis and she would always leave a nice treat. Would highly recommend honestly.
Excellent location for Cinque terrace visiting with out standing service
Liked: Perfect location for visiting Cinque terrace and Sunset boat trip. Car park is next to apartment with supermarket 1 minutes walking. I rated owner service 101% satisfaction, waiting for me at apartment due to my late arrival.

Great stay and location
Liked: The property was really clean and had all amenities that were needed for our short stay. The location was perfect for La Spezia Centrale Train Station (5 min walk) which is what we required to explore Cinque Terre via train. It was a 20 min walk into the City for restaurants etc.. Communication with Matilda was great and instant. I would definitely recommend
