Exceptional
Liked: Amazing stay! Host was incredibly welcoming and kind with our request. The place is very very clean, new and modern. There is a lot of space even though there is a big comfortable bed with good pillows. The bathroom is clean with good hot water pressure. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay in La Specia
Liked: Both room and bathroom were spacious, seemed freshly renovated, nicer than many four star hotels. Very clean and comfortable. Host was lovely and quickly addressed any questions. Coffee machine in the room with delicious coffee. Great little cafe nearby for breakfast with great food and reasonable prices. Situated in a quieter part of the city, but about 15 min walk from the centre. Highly recommended!
A decent stay for the price
Liked: Nice modern room with good amenities like a fridge. Air con was working well. Check in was reasonably straight forward. Beds were comfortable and shower was strong.
Disliked: Location is a bit outside of La Spezia. Public transport in the area is not the easiest. Rooms are on the top floor of the building, requiring lifting the suitcases up quite a few flights of stairs.

Convenient and great value!
Liked: The room worked out perfectly for us! There was a little cafe right down the street to grab coffee and breakfast. Also, it was walkable to the train station! Everything we needed. Plus the host accommodated a special request for us that made ALL the difference!
