  Disappointing

  Liked: The location was perfect. The room was very quiet. The lady that greated us was very helpful and when asked for help she was always prompt with her useful replies.

  Disliked: We stayed in room 5 where: The bed was the most uncomfortable bed we have experienced with a hollow in the middle of the mattress, in fact at the end of our 5 days stay we ended up with shoulder pain. The hot water in the shower was not hot enough. The water pressure was very low when turned on hot. A bulb in the bathroom was not working therefore. there was not enough light especially to apply makeup. The toilet had a faint stinky smell and the bottom of the actual bowl needed a good scrub and some bleach. Near the electric kettle there are no plugs so we had to move the kettle to our bedside table. The air-conditioner is a free standing noisy unit which is not very effective.

  Liked: Great location, clean. Comfy bed and pillow. The sound proofing was good! Staff were lovely. Perfect for our 4 night stay

  Liked: The host was really nice and welcoming and the place it’s perfect for exploring the area and city itself. It is less than 10 min from the train station and just also next to walking area where you can find a lot of restaurants and shops. The place was clean and well maintained, comfortable bed and had everything for a nice stay.
