Fabulous
Great location and great value for money
Liked: Room was clean and well presented. The location was excellent with great access to old town harbour and the train station
Disliked: Shower and ensuite over all was a little small but very well appointed
Liked: Great location, few minutes walk from train station everything you need very close to apparent: shops, restaurants, bars etc. Smooth check in, nice gesture to have coffee and water on arrival.
Disliked: Balcony could do with a little TLC, some repainting and maybe more comfortable chairs to enjoy the view but not. A big issue we still enjoyed it
Liked: Super nice property near the City Centre and the Station, which is certainly not expensive. The room was relatively big and very clean. Also the assistance of Mr Hong made it a pleasant stay.
Disliked: Nothing everythign was great
Great place to stay
Liked: A very enjoyable stay from start to finish. The room was spotless, comfortable, and the air conditioning worked efficiently without being noisy. The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to both the train station and town centre, yet pleasantly quiet. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. Good breakfast options with local eateries was a bonus.
Disliked: All good, nothing negative
Pleasant stay, no issues and appreciated the luggage storage after checkout
Liked: Nice bathroom Good sized room Contactless check-in and check-out Luggage storage following check-out
Good location, spacious room (Europe standards) and helpful/kind/responsive host
Liked: Nice old apartment turned into rooms for rent. Very helpful and friendly host. Close on foot to train station and port, so one can use ferry or train to reach 5Terre. Location is in the center of La Spezia with plenty of various restaurant offers. Hint - leave the Main Street and search for smaller restaurants where the locals go for dinner.;)
