Pleasant stay
Liked: Comfortable room, very spacious. The location was very central
Disliked: The room was extremely hot, the fan was not adequate and did very little to cool the temperature in the room. Marina was on the whole pleasant but was quite abrupt on occasions.
The house was amazing
Liked: The breakfast was amazing and Marina so sweet and welcome, she even allows us to early check-in
bugs wandering around the room, very dirty, Marina is rude

We loved La Spezia and Marinas place was in a great location and she was a great host
Liked: Marina was very kind and the breakfast was a lovely touch. She was hospitable and helpful.
Disliked: The shared bathroom felt a little unexpected seeing as other guests got their own bathroom. Would have been nice to have access to a fridge for cold water, especially during this heatwave.
Not bad place, worth the price
Liked: Balcony outside, very interesting. Location is fine, walking distance to the train station Kind of stylish inside. Nice host lady.
Disliked: The old building hard to find.
