Good accommodation for short stays near train station

Liked: It’s every centrally located, but it’s quite in the room. Great working AC.
Liked: Great location, close to the train station. The host was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The bed was uncomfortable. Every morning between 6 and 7 a.m., there was a lot of noise from the staff, which was quite disturbing, especially since it happened every day.
Liked: The location is ideal, right next to the train station and all the restaurants and shops. Room No. 5 has enough space to accommodate two or even three people. The air conditioner and refrigerator were very welcome in July. Giovanna, the host at Monteverdi Resort, was welcoming and helpful with everything. The hotel accepts both cards and cash.
Disliked: On the downside, soundproofing is poor; noise travels easily between rooms, which might be an issue for light sleepers. At check-in, Giovanna took photos of our passports. That was a bit odd—I was worried that it might be a scam, but then I read on the internet that it is totally okay in Italy. It's a rule for hotels.

Disliked: The property doesn't have an easily accessible receptionist. It was annoying to arrive from a trip and have to wait to contact the manager to access the accommodation. I don't use mobile internet since I'm on vacation, and it was inconvenient. There's no internet in my room—a disaster. One day, my room wasn't cleaned. This needs improvement.
