Liked: Everything was perfect🙂
Good apartment, could be great with some adjustments
Liked: This apartment had many contradictions. Very clean, modern, quiet, good location and free parking around the corner. Also across a park. Lift also present (albeit a few steps to reach it were unavoidable). Each room had a different type bed: memory foam and box spring, which was a nice touch.
Disliked: Contradictions: Although not visible, the floor was dirty. Walking the hall once barefoot -> feet were black underneath! No kettle present (had to boil water in a pan); no kitchen towels or even paper towels were present; no toaster or coffee maker either (besides the traditional Italian percolator). Fridge was roomy though. Bathroom: the shower floor was very slippery when wet (had to hold on to the partition and heating element not to fall). The sink is (in my opinion) an unnecessarily big golden bowl that dominates the already small commode; and there was no room to put a toilet bag (had to move a little table from the bedroom. Other stuff were put in the bidet. Also the lamp above the sink did not work. So there is certainly room for improvement.

Liked: I think the property is quite comfortable and homely.
Disliked: We had some questions regarding the cooking utensil and we reached out to the owner. We had to in the end buy our own cooking pot to cook in the apartment….

Liked: The location was great and the apartment was very clean and cozy! Free parking is available across the street from the apartment. Quiet and very well equipped with all the essentials. Host were super kind and gave us tips and information on how to take the trains to Cinque Terre and other interesting towns within few minutes away.
