Excellent experience
Liked: I had excellent experience with Patricia place. It was my first time in Italy and to celebrate our anniversary. Me and my husband loved everything about the place the view the breakfast. The suite and the VIP was amazing Patricia very nice friendly and a professional.

Liked: Patricia treated us like family and helped to meet all our needs including dietary and travel recommendations. Great location on which to experience the 5 terre by boat or train. Place is spotless, soft sheets, nice shower and a satisfying breakfast. Will definitely visit again!

Disliked: Many dogs on this property and smelled like dog excrements. The room was in an annex of the house, very basic and not clean, the property needs a serious revamp before receiving gustes,
The best place! Great breakfast, the best hospitality
Liked: The host is a special kind wonderful woman. Her hospitality is one of the best we experienced. Thank you dear Patrizia. We will come back if visiting again in this wonderful town.
Liked: The host is really nice, ahe prepares simple but tasty breakfast. The house has a beautiful view on a bay of La Spezia. It is quite and away from the noise of the town down the bay.
Disliked: Regular bus stops 20 min walk up/down the hill.
