Close to the harbour
Liked: Distance.from harbour and price.
Disliked: Room view was inner courtyard.with work scaffolds.
Liked: The location was great, and the apartment was clean.
Disliked: The beds were quite small, and the ventilation in the bathroom wasn’t very good, so there was an unpleasant smell throughout the stay.
Liked: Un posto davvero accogliente e in una posizione perfetta, vicino a tutto. Il responsabile è stato sempre molto disponibile e tempestivo nel rispondere a ogni nostra richiesta. Soggiorno molto piacevole, lo consigliamo!
Buen hospedaje en La Spezia
Liked: Súper cómodo para llegar. El parking súper útil y a pocos metros del alojamiento, sin embargo es un parking abierto. Muy fácil el ingreso a la habitación. Y la atención fue súper. Muy cerca de transportes clave, como el bus a porto venere y la estación de cruceros.
Disliked: La cama estaba bien, pero era extremadamente blanda (al punto de llegar a ser un poco incómoda). El AC se apagaba solo cada X tiempo, sin posibilidad de configurarlo. La habitación estaba ordenada y a simple vista limpia, pero bajo la cama estaba bastante sucia.
The arrival experience was terrible
Liked: The location is perfect, as it is close to everything (15 mins walk to city centre)
Disliked: The check-in was very poor. We did not receive any information on where we could park our car, since we reserved a parking spot. And we did not receive any incormation regarding the keys, even though we filled out a check-in form one day prior to arrival. We were not able to reach any staff member for 20 minutes after our arrival. The mattrasses are very soft.
Liked: Location has many good restaurants and cafes to offer. 20min walk to city which is totally fine. Host was very helpful.
Disliked: View on construction site. Hard to park somewhere to check in and drop luggage. Room smells as high humidity and apears smaller than on the picture.
