  Great location

Liked: The staff were lovely, very helpful and kind. Hotel location is great, 1.5 kilometres walk into Lazise but plenty of parking if you are there with a car. The bed was really comfy, good mattress and cushions, airco worked really well. It was nice to have a fab pizza restaurant attached to the hotel, the food was very good!

Disliked: The furniture in the room needs an upgrade but the bed was comfy. The cleaners didn't clean anything or even sweep the floor but they did provide clean towels whenever you asked for them. The breakfast was very limited!

  Nice, just need some renovation

Liked: Property was clean, stuff was really helpful. In the bar stuff was really polite and offered some alternatives to eat for the kids. Nice breakfast, but choice wasn't huge

Disliked: Shower room was old, the fan was really load. After taking shower the water stayed, waist was blocked. Mini fridge wasn’t cool enough.

  Superb

Liked: The room was basic and clean, the beds and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. The restaurant was nice for an evening meal, we ate there both evenings, it was good. Breakfast was basic but very nice. The staff were super friendly and made us feel welcome. It was very quiet during our stay. We walked comfortably into Lasize. There are plenty of supermarkets.

Disliked: The shower door needs replacing, it didn't close nicely and was not so clean.
