Fabulous
The lake
Liked: The location near to Bardolino. Cycling into the local towns along the lake. The pool, the breakfast and very helpful staff
Disliked: The room safe was broken but the staff gave me a pass key
Liked: Great hotel, friendly staff. Lovely self service breakfast. Loved that you could lend bikes, we had a lovely cycle into town. Nice restaurant's walking distance from the hotel.
Good base for exploring lake Garda
Liked: Good location close to lakeside and good parking
Disliked: The breakfast selection wasn’t the biggest and staff weren’t very approachable
A perfect venue
Liked: We liked how easy it was to get to the hotel from Verona. It’s really close to the bus stop. We were able to leave our bags there before the check-in. The staff were really friendly and spoke multiple languages. The breakfast was varied. We also used hotel bikes which was a nice bonus.
Disliked: We thought it was brilliant.
Liked: We booked on very short notice (within 2 hours before arrival) and I was totally surprised how the staff had already everything prepped. I am also very satisfied with the quick and precise service, recommendation for restaurants and of course the pool to relax.
Very enjoyable
Liked: Peak season but it always felt like there was space for everyone - at breakfast, in the pool, on the sun loungers, on the bikes you could use for no charge. Excellent staff as well.
Disliked: Only small negatives were that the breakfast buffet was good but not amazing and the pool / lounger is next to the road. It didn’t bother us much but might bother others.
