Nice place, awful check-in which took 40 minutes

Liked: the facility is very nice as is the location

Disliked: Check-in was a disaster. It took 40 minutes. The address supplied here on BDC is one block over from the entrance. There was no sign of the 'reception' mentioned on BDC. The actual entrance was on a different street. It took 20 minutes of calling before the phone was answered. We then received detailed video instructions on getting the key and getting to the flat. EXCEPT IT WAS THE WRONG APARTMENT. Again no answer to phone calls and eventually a text with a different apartment number. My wife who is 73 was by then in agony from the cold and from needing the bathroom. It really spoiled what would have been a very nice stay.

Decent place to rent for a few nights

Liked: Peaceful, good price, pool if wanted.

Disliked: Sofa bed and twin beds not so comfy. But ok for 2 nights. No chopping board or cloths to clean up after.

  Exceptional

Liked: We liked everything! The apartment was great for five of us. We had everything. It's fully equipped, extremely clean, it has a beautiful pool and garden for kids and grown ups. The host was nice, the price was reasonable and everything looks even better than the impression you get in the photos!
