  Clean place and nice staff

Liked: The staff in this hotel, in particular Simone, was nice and accomodating. The place was extremely clean and well maintained. The pool was amazing and the private jacuzzi was also very nice.

Disliked: The breakfast was very poor, the sauna wasn't heated, the sofa bed was not very comfortable and the sounds of the breakfast being prepared woke you up around 6.

  Satisfied

  Liked: Hospitality, location, cleanliness

Disliked: - too many very young children - shower could be used limitedly due to drainage issues being solved only after claiming 3 times and the bathroom floor fully wet after short shower; reclaiming part of sum paid for this stay

  Exceptional

Liked: warm pool good breakfast new villa

Disliked: it’s hard to dry swimming suits and towels, no spase and equipment for that. Be careful, the mini bar in the fridge in the room is for payment, but by phone and at the check in it was told that 1st time for free no iron
