Fabulous
Liked: Comfortable, well equipped, very clean apartment! Lovely rooftop area! Salvina was helpful with giving us a good orientation of the area including restaurants and tours. Centrally located in a quiet street with a short walk to Marina Corta which is a buzzing port and restaurant precinct.

Liked: Sra Salvatrice was charming and kindly waited for my late arrival. Unfortunately she then had a medical emergency. The bed was nice and hard.
Disliked: I had booked a "studio with terrace": the terrace (and sea view) is on an upper floor and shared which was OK with me but on the first night I was informed that I couldn't use it as the owner had decided to use it! From the studio itself there is no view and the mini balcony only has room for 2 dustbins. I states that the "... property is on the beach or right next to it..." I couldn't find a beach - closest one is 1 hour away walking! And finally on the night prior to departure I was informed by email "... to remember that dishes must be left clean...". I do not believe that this is a guest's job as it leads to dirty kitchenware being 'hidden' and therefore only discovered by the next guest. The owner is responsible for selling a recently cleaned property to each new client. As previously mentioned stairs are both steep and narrow. No kitchen towels, paper or otherwise, dirty kettle/fryingpan and showerhead needs a clean!
Fantastic little apartment in the center of Lipari
Liked: Beautiful apartment in a traditional eolian house only a few footsteps from a beach and the centre of Lipari with the supermarket and many cafes, only 5 minutes away by walking. The host (Salvatrice) and landlord are kind and very helpful. Everything as described and better. There were enough plates, cutlery good pans. Beautiful terrace with Seaview and sunsail and a table and a grill. Can you wish for more? We really loved it!
Disliked: Nothing negative! Of course, it's a small apartment and a small kitchen. For 4 people it might be too small, but as advertised for two it is perfect. No oven and no microwave, as also described on the site.
Very nice and cosy apartment in the good location
Liked: Well designed and furnitured apartment with the large roof terrace. The location is pretty central, but not in one of the central streets, so there was not much noise at night. Everything was well arranged and clean. The lady managing the apartment was super nice, friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Quite narrow and steep staircase at the entrance makes it a bit challenging to move luggage.
