  Don’t believe the pictures - poor

  Liked: Girl on the front desk was nice enough

  Disliked: Dirty hot tub / pool - unusable facilty. They were too embarrassed to show us given how dirty it was.

  Very pleasant

  Liked: The staff was wonderful. Friendly, polite, helpful. The hotel was very clean and great daily service. The hotel was 100 m from the bus stop, which was extremely convenient to go to Lipari (evenings and port access). The hotel is in the biggest Lipari's beach with all the facilities and very affordable.

  Disliked: The only thing we didn't like was that the hotel didn't have any facility to hang wet clothes. Having a room without balcony made it even more difficult. The bathroom in the second floor did not have even towel hanger. It requires simple solutions, but very important regarding the comfort, especially when being at the beach.
