Fabulous
Liked: The location was great. Just a couple of steps to the beach.
Disliked: An ironing board could be helpful.
Liked: Quiet place, living the Italian way in Carneto/Lipari. For some 40 Euros per night definitely value for money. Bus-stop, bakery and supermarket less than 5 minutes walking away.
Disliked: Nothing to complain about
Liked: Very nice apartment at a good price. The terrace is fantastic!
Disliked: Although the distance to the Lipari port is relatively short, walking there on foot is somewhat challenging - you have to walk along busy road without pavement and cross the tunnel (fortunately there is a narrow pavement in the tunnel). City bus is the best option, but the last bus from Lipari to Canneto runs around 9pm.
Liked: Two bathrooms, plenty of space, nice kitchen, nice terrace
Disliked: One of the bathrooms didn't have toilet
Great location but too crowded and not soundproof
Liked: Good communication, great location, very well equipped flat (coffee, olive oil and balsamic vinegar provided) value for money, free umbrella to take to the beach, bus to lipari just a minute away.
Disliked: Unfortunately there is noise and banging from everywhere all around you. The whole building is for holiday rentals, people come and go all the time, you have neighbours above you, next to you and across the corridor. The walls are not soundproof. Three nights out of six we slept bad because the above neighbour was walking around for 30 mins in highheels and came after midnight in high heels. We were woken up by the recycling (?) people. Another night our next door neighbours woke us up from 6 banging on things or dropping things on the floor. If you like a good night's sleep maybe try the above flats or another more peaceful place. It's very unfortunate because the flat itself is nice and owners very responsive. But you cant do much about the noisy surroundings. Even if you warn them, people are inconsiderate anyways. Also the foam mattress is comfy at first but by morning there is a crater under you that you need to struggle to get out of. 😆
Liked: Very good location, 1,mins from the beach and easy to get there by bus located in front of the port of lipari. Will definitively recommend this accomodation.
Disliked: Miscommunication with date that got sorted very quickly and issue with smell of bed sheet and they provide us new one very quickly and respond very quickly.
