Fabulous
Really great hotel in the heart of the city
Liked: Great hotel in a fantastic location. Self Check in is unique but simple. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, especially for solo travelers.
I stayed 3 nights and loved coming back to such a comfortable place!
Liked: The communication was excellent! The location was superb! Lucca is my future home, and until I move, Antica Residenza del Gallo will be the only place where I will want to stay. Thank you!
Disliked: It didn’t have an umbrella for public use. So, I bought one for my room!

Liked: Convenient location- large room and bathroom
Disliked: We did have a problem with the plumbing- which did take some time to get sorted.
It’s a great location but it’s annoying that no one is on site

Disliked: Absence of staff and difficulty on arrival. I just want to arrive and meet someone. I don’t want to read WhatsApp instructions and I definitely don’t want to pfaff about on WhatsApp doing check in.
Id definitely come back, I loved the appartment
Liked: My room was more like an apartment, with a huge living room, sofa, dining table etc. I wish I could have stayed longer!
Disliked: As there was no reception, there wasnt anywhere safe to leave my belongings as my flight wasn't until much later in the day. Checkout at 10 is quite early too.
Convenient, clean and comfortable
Liked: Quiet location but close to everything. Easy walk from the train station. Very comfortable bed.
Disliked: Could hear people above us very easily. Luckily they didn’t stay up too late.
