  Pleasant

  Liked: Nice location and ambiance. Rooms are exquisite (frescoes and painted ceilings). Staff were very friendly and helpful.

  Disliked: Many electrical outlets in room were dead and, unfortunately, elevator was broken.

  Central location, charming but not the home away from home

  Liked: Central location, great for exploring the city.

  Disliked: Very challenging with a car, but we were directed to a parking location 10 minutes away. My wife woke up several times during the night thinking there were rats in the room or in the walls. Turned out when we told the staff in the morning there was a chihuahua in the room above that woke us up every other hour. No further explanation nor compensation.

  Had a wonderful stay and will be back

  Liked: Very traditional building, large rooms and good facilities. So central for shops, restaurants, cafe and historical buildings. Very happy with the property.
